Highest quality tempered glass:
The tempered glass for padel courts must be 12mm thick with flat polished edges, meeting the standards of the International Padel Federation. The design includes 18 glass panels, each measuring 2995x1995mm, with countersunk holes, totaling 108m². High-quality rubber joints match the thickness of the metal sections to absorb shock and vibration. The glass is anchored using M10 countersunk A4 stainless steel screws.
Patented structural system:
The panoramic walls are supported by a triangular profile (150x70mm), supporting the 60 perimeter meters of the structure. This system is specifically designed to achieve maximum resistance, as required by the Eurocode standards.

The partnership with A1 Padel is driven by a shared vision to spread the passion for padel globally. Expertise from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, a renowned international engineering studio, the Diagonal Padel Academy, and over 25 years of experience in manufacturing padel courts were necessary for this.
